I love it!! Fantastic shot! And beautiful as only Oregon can be! And I like the idea of sliding down the mountain on my butt! My knees would greatly appreciate the fact I wasn't depending on them and skis!

Sylvia: I'd end up sliding down the mountain on my butt no matter how I started out!
Lee: That's a breathtaking view...looking at makes me feel almost like I'm on that balcony.
Now excuse me, but sliding down on a sleigh is the best thing I can imagine doing.
Still snowing steadily here.
That might be the only way for me to get down.
Having tried it a few times on skiis (the bunny slope, not this one!), I know I'd also be coming down lying or sitting, not standing! Although the few seconds of standing was glorious.
I forgot to say, it is gorgeous from up there, so thanks for posting this. I also see the other way down - the chair lift :) Looks like a nice ride.
